Every November, many folks participate in NanoWrimo (National Novel Writing Month). Basically it’s a great program to help you get back on the writing wagon, the goal is to write, on average, 1600 words a day to meet your goal of for a 50,000 word novel. For the official how-to, go here.

Overall, if you sign up through their website, they give you encouragement to write every day through emails, you can logon to their message board to for help/advice and, and much more. What a great way to get that novel written you’ve always dreamed about! Start planning for 2009 November NanoWrimo or just be inspired and start typing away today. It’s never too late to start your story.

This is a cool story: a small town in Spain has covered mausoleums at its cemetery with solar panels in order to generate power, it’s very inspirational! If only the U.S. could be inventive like that, but let’s hope this idea spreads.

‘This I Believe’ are wonderful essays written by a variety of people, the latest one is by Brian Eno, the famous composer, who finds singing with a group on a weekly basis helps him in all kinds of ways. Singing is an amazing form of expression and I admire how some people are so good at it and how it comes so naturally for them.
